David Miner is a talent manager, producer and partner at 3 Arts Entertainment.

The recipient of three consecutive primetime Emmy Awards as an executive producer of NBC’s “30 Rock,” his current and recent series include "The Good Place," “Great News,” and “Parks & Recreation” for NBC, Fox’s “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”, as well as Netflix’s “Master of None” and “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.”

After an internship at Chicago’s legendary Second City theater, Miner began his career as a Producer and company member of NYC’s longest-running improvisational theater, Chicago City Limits, and as a creative executive for Broadway veteran Nelle Nugent. He joined 3 Arts as an assistant in 1995 where he rose to partner. David holds a degree in theater from Skidmore College, where he created the still ongoing National College Comedy Festival, and met his wife, Jennifer.
